Name: Lead to Succeed - 5 day workshops specifically for Managers and Supervisors working in Health and Social Care.

Lead to Succeed
 
Lead to Succeed is a series of workshops that have been designed to empower aspiring leaders and managers in the Care Sector. These workshops will teach how successful behaviours and practical strategies can support leaders in their day to day work, as well as considering how they could implement these behaviours and strategies throughout their career. These workshops have been inspired by the Manager Induction Standards and the Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
 
Skills for Care Workforce Funding.
 
The Workforce Development Fund is funding from the Department of Health which is payed out by Skills for Care. This money is used to fund qualifications, units and learning programmes. The Workforce Development Fund has been put in place to support the ongoing professional development of staff working in Adult Social Care in England.
 
Employers can claim back money that has been spent on employees completing health and social care qualifications, units, apprenticeships and learning programmes. Employers who directly incur costs for learning and development, such as course fees, can access the WDF to reclaim a contribution towards these costs.
 
Pay £400 and get £350 funded through the Workforce Development Fund.
