This one day course is aimed at Managers and team leads and supports them to understand key components of leadership and how to embed this into their everyday management style. The course aim is to support leaders in becoming more confident in their leadership styles, to problem solve difficult work situations, and to develop systems and processes in the workplace to embed strong leadership, and create empowered teams.

• Leadership styles
• Motivation
• Leading teams to create high performance
• Delegating
• Giving feedback
• Influencing skills
• Action planning
This course is supported with a workbook and action plans to support delegates after their learning experience. This will encourage ongoing learning and development.
