Somerset Chamber of Commerce, in association with David Hutchins Innovation Ltd, invites you to a half-a-day workshop on Continuous Performance Improvement.
Continuous improvement process is an ongoing effort to develop products, services, or processes, to achieve a visible achievements either over time or all at once.
Experience shows that using structured approaches and specific tools, can help achieve the most extraordinary performance results. This short but intensive workshop will demonstrate the discipline involved in performance improvement, participants will gain an insight into how they might use this approach in their own organisations. This is intended for all business managers, from CEO downwards, and for specialist managers whose responsibilities include business process improvement.
The workshop will centre on the concept of Root Cause Analysis- Using 5 Why's. The process works on any kind of tangible problem, essentially, delegates will learn how to find an irreversible remedy that once applied leads to significant and measurable improvement.

About the Presenter:
David Hutchins is an author and co-author of 8 books including Hoshin Kanri – The Strategic Approach to Continuous Improvement. He has nearly 40 years experience assisting with the implementation of quality based business management and deployment of key performance indicators. He has also designed and obtained governmental approval for the Chartered Quality Institute range of professional qualifications and developed the Master's Degree on Quality Leadership at Kingston University.
