Event Description:

Somerset Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Fox Developments invite you to attend a half-day change management workshop.

This workshop will look at change management, the good, the bad, and the ugly...

Aimed at any business planning or embarking on a process of change, this session will help prepare for the journey. Whether through desire or necessity for the business, change has to be planned and it has to be led in order to achieve business success.

The workshop will be a presentation format with emphasis on group discussion and interaction, looking at subject matter and theories & models, including:

  • Defining and understanding change management
  • Considering the change management process
  • The good, the bad, the ugly: what are the impacts of poor or successful change management?
  • Change management theories/models
  • Timescales to deliver different types of change

Attendees will come away with new tools to help plan and implement changes in their business and hopefully feel more positive about change when it occurs.
