Simon Werkshagen will give delegates an overview of the Construction Training Centre\, how the college has responded during the pandemic\, plans for 2021 and their focus areas and how they support employers for construction training at the Construction Training Centre. Simon will also cover CITB Constructing Lives Together project and how they are bringing hundreds of people in to the industry. \n\n\n\n Simon Werkshagen is the head of Weston College's Construction Training Centre overseeing all operations\, building upon his successful career managing his own business\, Somax Training.
