3 Solutions Ltd is a family run business located in Shepton Mallet and provide a wide range of property maintenance services to commercial clients, local authorities, registered charities, letting agents and private customers.
3 Solutions Limited provides a high quality service able to handle all your maintenance requirements, from minor repairs to major refurbishment works utilising our qualified engineers and highly versatile skilled operatives. We have a wealth of experience across a broad range of property types with a particular specialism in period properties.
We are Gas Safe, NICEIC, OFTEC and FENSA registered and pride ourselves on being customer focused to deliver the following:

Our operatives are supported by a highly motivated and customer focused office team utilising the latest computerised appointment systems directly linked to the operatives PDA job tracking software. Our fleet of vans are fully stocked and benefit from our live stores restocking system. This allows us to react quickly and deliver our services on time and within budget.
