Based on my firm belief that success at any level comes from finding one's passion & purpose & becoming the happiest one can be, I enable individuals and in particular leaders & their organisations to achieve peak performance by enabling them to deepen their own & their employees' levels of happiness & engagement, increasing self-awareness, empathy & trust and above all increasing productivity & bottom-line figures.

25 years' experience in Management and 16 years as a successful Head of Human Resources for Multinational Energy Organisations in Switzerland, and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching acquired at the prestigious Henley Business School. I was recently awarded my ICF ACC accreditation and EMCC Practitioner level status. I have recently moved to Somerset and am enjoying coaching & motivating leaders in multiple sectors including Energy, Health, Banking & the Environment to overcome challenge & complexity, to build trust, confidence and emotional intelligence and to become the best leader they can be to drive performance. My Coaching approach is an integrative one, drawing on various psychological & behavioural techniques used to challenge individuals, to allow them to gain fresh insight. I am helping them overcome problems such as imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, issues with decision-making and delegation, work/life balance, time management. I am warm, authentic, open and use my intuition to know when to allow my clients silent thinking time and when to challenge them to reframe their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I speak four languages fluently English, French, Spanish & Italian and my clients are Chief Execs, Business Owners, Heads of departments & Healthcare Units - each with their individual challenges and a desire to change, to be happier and more successful both personally & professionally.
I hold genuine positive regard for my clients with a firm belief that each and every one of them has everything it takes for them to achieve the outcome they desire, and I feel utterly privileged to be sharing their developmental journeys with them. I absolutely love what I do and I do what I love which also involves making people laugh along the way, and honestly I don't think it can get much better than that!
I coach individuals & teams and love nothing more than giving a motivational speech to an audience who come away feeling inspired to make a shift towards greater happiness & success and if I can make them laugh in the process then it's win-win!!
I myself have overcome losing a parent as a young girl, trauma, burnout, bullying in the workplace, fear of failure, fear of heights, divorce, redundancy and believe that we do not need to be defined by these events, but we can use them to gain strength and propel ourselves into a place of happiness & success.
