Alpha Housing Services is a dedicated local block and estate management firm established in 1988 and we specialise in this area of property management. We manage developments primarily across Somerset but also on the borders of Devon & Dorset, through our expertise and dedication. Our aim is to offer personal yet professional management service and we take pride in taking this approach to all of our clients in every interaction. The service we provide is designed to relieve directors/leaseholders/freeholders of the burden of day to day management while leaving them in control of the decisions affecting the development.

We are a property management business looking after the communal areas of blocks of flats and housing estates. We work with the freeholders, leaseholders, and residents to facilitate a well-maintained and operated building, resulting in preserving or growing the value of the most significant investment that most people will make in their life, being their home.
