About Us

CulturaLinks Community CIC is a UK-based social enterprise supporting migrants, refugees, and local communities to integrate, thrive, and contribute confidently to society and the economy. We provide practical education, employability support, cultural orientation, and digital skills training that bridge the gap between lived experience and opportunity.

Our core activities include workplace ESOL and communication skills, career guidance, CV and interview preparation, transferable skills development, and guidance on UK workplace culture and employment practices. We also deliver community-based learning through workshops, peer-support groups, and mentoring, helping individuals build confidence, social capital, and long-term employability.

CulturaLinks works closely with local councils, community organisations, employers, schools, and training providers across the UK. We run targeted programmes for newcomers to the UK, women, young people, and those facing barriers to employment, including language, confidence, cultural differences, or limited access to professional networks.

Alongside direct community delivery, CulturaLinks develops innovative education and digital projects, including AI-supported learning tools, online resources, and hybrid training models that can be scaled nationally and internationally. These initiatives are designed to make high-quality guidance and skills development accessible, affordable, and culturally informed.

As a Community Interest Company, all activities are driven by social impact. Any surplus generated is reinvested into expanding programmes, improving accessibility, and supporting underserved communities.
