About Us

At Ethical Sales Pro I take a holistic approach to Sales and Customer Service, both in the literal sense of exchanging goods or services for money and in the transactions we face every day. In an evolving world much of our lives are spent moving others. Whether we are presenting, advising, directing, or managing, we are encouraging others to give up something they have in exchange for something we are offering. Consequently, by creating awareness and responsibility within individuals and teams I support them to engage and achieve their outcomes.

My approach to sales and business has been refined over three decades and delivered results leading to national recognition. I support this with the latest thinking and strategies from the Institute of Leadership and Management as a qualified coach, mentor, and Associate Member.

I take a collaborative approach with businesses to explore Finding New Market Opportunities, Winning New Customers, Increasing Customer Retention, Adding Value and Optimising skills and processes. While my 1 to 1 coaching and mentoring can enhance Leadership skills, Self Confidence, Career Prospects and Business Ideas.

By taking the time to understand your needs and core values properly, I translate your ambitions into practical steps that reflect your nature or that of your business. This means you will achieve results while remaining true to yourself.
