Our consultancy service utilises the extensive emergency service experience of our professional risk management consultants.
We currently assist businesses of all types in the management of their emergency procedures, incident response & management policies and procedures, and hazardous material use and awareness.

We work with businesses of all sizes, both locally and nationally, from small local companies to multi-national business and Home Office departments.

FirePro was incorporated in 2021 by its director, Neil Stradling, following a 32-year career as a senior officer in the fire & rescue service. Neil recognised that he had a huge wealth of experience and skills that would be lost forever, so he chose to build a company that would benefit communities, individuals, and businesses in maintaining safe working practices, therefore continuing to protect life, business reputation, and legal requirements.

Utilising his over 20 years of teaching experience, FirePro developed as a risk management and training company, delivering health and safety training and consultancy to Somerset, Bristol, the South West, and the wider UK.

The training team has continued to develop with a group of professional trainers who are predominantly from emergency service backgrounds and all experts in their fields, ensuring only the highest level of training that is tailored to your needs.
