According to national 2024/25 achievement rate data, Focus Training achieved a 74.2% apprenticeship pass rate, outperforming every college in South West England. When you train with us, your apprentices are far more likely to graduate confident, qualified, and work-ready.

What We Offer

Trades & Construction: Specialists in Electrical (having trained thousands of qualified electricians), Fire & Security, and Plumbing & Gas. (Coming soon: Bricklaying, Carpentry & Joinery, Painting & Decorating, and Site Management).
Business Services: High-performing apprenticeships and training in AAT Accounting (Levels 2–4), Business Administration (Level 3), and Customer Support (Level 2). (Coming soon: Marketing, Content Creation, Events Management, and People Management).
Healthcare & Adult Care: Comprehensive qualifications from entry-level Adult Care Worker (Level 2) up to Leader in Adult Care Work (Level 5) for senior managers.
Education & Early Years: Training for Teaching Assistants (Level 3), Early Years Practitioners (Level 2), and Early Years Educators (Level 3).
We also deliver fully and partially government-funded short courses and Skills Bootcamps designed to keep your workforce compliant, up-to-date, and certified with up to 100% of funding covered.
