    Who are HIT and how can we help you?
    HIT (Hospitality Industry Training) is the industry leading training provider for Hospitality Apprenticeships with over 8000 apprentices on our programmes. We work with hospitality businesses nationwide. Over 70% of our apprentices complete their apprenticeship and gain their BTEC qualification. We provide all qualifications within the workplace and therefore develop and build upon strong Employer relationships and tailor qualifications specific to the organisation and training needs.
    In Taunton, we pride ourselves on being local people with excellent local knowledge and empathy to rural constraints. Therefore, we fully advocate 100% work based delivery and deliver valued high quality qualifications tailored to the business and individuals. Apprenticeships are a great opportunity to earn while you learn and support business training and development to achieve nationally recognised hospitality qualifications.
    Taking on board feedback from the community we have been fortunate to secure a second delivery site in Taunton town centre which focuses on Employability training and development. This is complementary to the NVQs and apprenticeships we deliver. Statutory training is an essential for any business. Short courses from our award-winning trainers/assessors will help your business meet legislative demands. We can provide cost-effective packages for businesses of all sizes so you’re not caught out! Therefore supporting and providing commitment to the community and the business needs expressed covering for example: Customer Service Professional Programme, CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety and refresher courses.
