About Us

Hornsbury Mill is a beautifully converted example of an early 19th Century Somerset corn mill, built of local flint stone, elm wood beams and timbers with fine old hamstone mullion windows. Careful and sympathetic conversion and refurbishment means that many of the original elements of the old mill remain, making it a fascinating venue, full of charm and character.
It is an established 4* hotel and restaurant providing a beautiful setting for dining, weddings and functions. The newly built Orangery looking out over the lake that is home to several ducks and peacocks, has added an extra dimension to the dining experience.
Family run, somewhat quirky establishment with a staff dedicated to excellent customer service to ensure the finest guest experience.
