We have a regular workforce that we work with who we trust to deliver an excellent service to our clients. Our internal Leggwork team is well-trained, which includes an in-house compliance team and manager and labour support team ensuring that all operatives and staff we supply are fully compliant and suitable for purpose.
To prioritise the well-being and safety of our workforce, we have partnered with reputable training and occupational health providers. This ensures our workers are fully compliant with CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, EUSR, NRSWA, CAT & Genny, Abrasive Wheel, Manual Handling, working at heights and Safety Critical Medical and project specific accreditations whenever required.
Leggwork is fully accredited to conduct face-fit testing for our workforce, offering this service to our clients as an additional layer of support. Furthermore, we supply full personal protective equipment (PPE) to our operatives whenever required.
With many years of experience in the industry, we have developed a rigorous vetting process to maintain the highest standards of service throughout.
Leggwork is proud to be Construction Line Gold, SSIP, and REC accredited, further attesting to our commitment to excellence.
At Leggwork, we are also driven by our commitment to supporting our local community. We actively engage with local charities, regularly volunteering our time and donating a minimum of 3% of our company profits to charitable causes each year.
Furthermore, we serve as volunteers and committee members of the Western branch of the Lighthouse Club to help support people in our industry who are going through hard times.
