About Us

Melhuish & Saunders Limited is a well-established and highly respected Principal Building Contractor with a great reputation, which has been built up over the last 99 years.

We are a family-owned business and have completed a wide range of contracts across the South West in recent years in a variety of sectors. We pride ourselves on the quality of our builds and get great feedback from our clients!

Our head office is in Glastonbury, Somerset and we operate within a 60-mile radius, allowing us to complete contracts across Somerset, Mid and East Devon, South Gloucestershire, West Wiltshire and North and West Dorset including Bath, Bristol, Taunton and Exeter.

As a company, we have the ability and resources to undertake all types of construction work, from complex refurbishments in occupied and unoccupied premises to new builds in modern and traditional styles.

We sub-contract and manage all building services, supported by our in-house quantity surveyors and contract managers.
We continue to attract a high level of repeat business for a number of clients following the successful completion of projects but we are always interested in forming new productive partnerships.
