The Mercure Bridgwater Hotel is a new 119 bedroom, 4 star hotel in the heart of this historic town. Ideally situated for exploring the Somerset Coast, Quantock Hills and Somerset Level. Equally a good location to break your journey when travelling from Cornwall to the North and vice versa. For business travellers we are ideally located for local Business Parks just 3 miles from the M5 we are at the gateway to the South West and 11 miles from the Hinkley Point B and C.

The hotel is complemented by a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, open to all for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner where the restaurant serves a early diners menu and delicious Sunday lunch. A great location to share those special moments with family and friends or for those all important business lunches and dinners.

The cocktail bar and lounge is open throughout the day, whether you are wanting a hot chocolate, tea or coffee, want to indulge in a cocktail or a glass of wine from the extensive wine list. You can also enjoy a more informal lunch and dine from our lounge and bar menu.

Two meeting rooms are located on the ground floor which are perfect for small business meetings for up to 14 attendees or a more flexible space for events catering for up to 30 guests.

For our residential guests we have a fitness suite featuring a treadmill, recliner bike, spin bike, rower and stepper, as well as a small free weights area.
