Pro Apprenticeships is an Ofsted Outstanding training provider delivering high-quality apprenticeships and professional training to businesses across Somerset and the South West. Founded by Carina Wills after seeing the transformative power of apprenticeships firsthand, Pro Apprenticeships has built a reputation for exceptional quality, personalised support and a consultative, employer-focused approach. Our team works closely with SMEs and growing organisations to understand their needs, build talent pipelines, and upskill existing staff in a cost-effective and practical way.

We deliver apprenticeships across key business and digital disciplines, including Marketing, Content Creation, Leadership, Business Administration, Data, Software and Cyber. Every apprentice receives tailored training, regular one-to-one support and a clear pathway to progression, while employers benefit from reliable recruitment, strong retention and confident, job-ready staff.
