About Us

Spark Somerset is the local infrastructure charity, supporting and championing voluntary and community organisations to help change lives and build healthy, resilient communities.

They do this through the provision of information and advice, training and forums, and by sharing expertise, building partnerships, inspiring social action, and advocating on the sector’s behalf at local and national level.

They also run the digital volunteer platform, Spark a Change, matching individuals looking to volunteer, with organisations including charities and community groups.
