We are a Construction Commercial and Contract Law specialists who have been in business for 22 years assisting UK Civils Contractors and Clients. We specialise in Contract disputes, Change accounts and general Contract Administration.
Our team and network of specialists mean we can offer complete services in both pre and post tender reviews and solutions as well as access to parties outside of our own business.
We have over the years worked with Network Rail, BAM, Balfour Beatty and a range of medium and small contractors who have needed expert advice over contractual issues.
Our knowledge of the common forms of UK Construction Contracts means we can do pre and post award analysis and identify clauses that can be missed during a bid. We have a prevention is better than cure approach and via our sister company Memro offer digital onsite records that make account and change validation easily documented.
