Our mission is that fewer people die by Suicide. We provide emotional support of the telephone and in person through our outreach projects.
Our activities cover much of Exmoor, the Quantocks and the Blackdown Hills and all the major towns in West and South Somerset. We have around 100 volunteers, who provide an incredibly valuable service, each year dealing with around 40,000 contacts.
