About Us

Is your company culture inclusive? Do your employees feel valued and listened to?

Research tells us that diverse workforces are more resilient, innovative and profitable than monocultures, where everyone thinks the same way. However this is only true for businesses where everyone feels valued for their unique contributions and experiences. Unsurprisingly the majority of jobseekers say they would prefer to work for a diverse and inclusive organisation.

Harness the power of diversity by becoming a more inclusive business.

To help identify areas where you and your business can be more inclusive Time for Inclusion offers analysis through process audits, policy review and employee voice (surveys/focus groups), as well as inclusion training designed for your own teams. In addition, where appropriate, we will signpost you to subject matter experts for training/awareness/coaching in specific areas of diversity.

From the inside, and particularly when you're in charge, it can be difficult to understand how your employees (and customers) feel about their day-to-day experiences working in and with your business. Jane, from Time for Inclusion, acts as a critical friend to help you see where you can make changes that can improve employee and customer loyalty, as well as helping you to make the most of the experience and diverse perspectives that already exist in your workforce.

What do people say?

''Jane has a gift for making the complex appear simple and without being simplistic. She will challenge your thinking, provide you with alternative perspectives and, where appropriate, actively advise you to generate and co-create solutions. Jane is an expert at in-depth analysis with the ability to manage multiple perspectives with a broad range of issues whilst offering solutions without alienating leaders. Jane is a pleasure to work with and always delivers to a high standard. I look forward to continually partnering with Jane and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as an inclusion consultant.'' FS, Chief DEI Officer

''I've known Jane for many years. She is meticulous, honest, and hard-working. In short, someone you can trust.
Jamie Oliver once told a story that stuck with me: sometimes you can offend or exclude people without even meaning to. For this reason, he has his books reviewed to ensure they are inclusive.
Writing (or marketing) is best when it reaches all your target audience. Once it's out there, there's no going back. For these reasons, I asked Jane to review some written work.
I was amazed and delighted. The report was well-researched and, most importantly, included direct actions I could take to improve. I would recommend Jane to anyone looking to make their work, or workplace, more inclusive. She knows what she's talking about.'' JJ, Author
