TopStylista is an award-winning image consultancy founded by Chantelle Znideric, with over 20 years of experience helping ambitious professionals and forward-thinking organisations align their image with their brand through the power of personal style.
Based in Devon and working nationally and internationally, TopStylista serves two distinct audiences. For individual professionals - founders, entrepreneurs, executives and those stepping into senior leadership - we deliver transformational styling experiences that build confidence, clarify personal brand and ensure clients show up to every opportunity looking and feeling exactly right. Our flagship Signature Style Experience combines wardrobe editing, personal shopping, colour and body shape analysis and ongoing support, with packages designed to work as hard as the people who invest in them.
For organisations, TopStylista delivers STRIBE - a structured corporate style programme designed to help employees show up with confidence, presence and clarity in a hybrid world. STRIBE supports businesses through three core pillars: a bespoke Corporate Style Guide, Personal Brand Masterclasses and an Employee Benefit that embeds ongoing styling support into the workplace as a meaningful, people-first perk. It is designed as a 12-month partnership and it is particularly well suited to organisations running female leadership or emerging talent programmes, and those actively working to level the playing field for employees who have never had access to guidance on professional image - whether through social mobility initiatives, inclusion programmes or a genuine commitment to developing the whole person, not just their technical skills.
STRIBE has been backed through a successful EIS raise and Chantelle is a winner of the Innovate UK DCMS Create Growth Fund Competition 3 (2024), a Creative UK Devon Create Growth Programme Alumni and a Home-Based Business of the Year winner (Twelve Awards, 2024). Chantelle brings a background as a former Westfield London in-house stylist and fashion columnist for Surrey Life and Devon Life magazines.
