Wellington HR was established in 2019 to be the HR consultancy for HR Consultants. Someone you could turn to when you needed that well-deserved break. A consultancy who would deliver for your clients, against your expectations, with absolutely no risk of us stealing those clients at the end of it.

As we’ve evolved, we also now provide direct HR support to employee-owned organisations. We’re exploring becoming employee-owned in the future, and we’ve found our values and ethos really align with EO businesses.

Working in collaboration with all our clients is key. It’s essential we understand your organisation, your challenges, your expectations, and can deliver against them. As HR Consultants and EO leaders, you rely on us to support your business in the way you’d expect. So you can be sure we’ll always have your best interests at heart.
