West Country Blacksmiths are an award wining bespoke metalwork company offering a complete premium blacksmithing, welding and fabrication service from our National Trust forge on the edge of Exmoor in Somerset.

West Country Blacksmiths boast a team of uniquely talented craftsmen, whose skills are second to none. Harnessing the vision, skills and experience of top blacksmiths alongside some of the most talented engineers, metalworkers, coded welding experts and designers allows
West Country Blacksmiths to offer a unique service, including a bespoke design option catering for design in both 2D and 3D.

A feature of West Country Blacksmiths is that our team possess the skills to allow us to work on both new and restoration projects and with all forms of metal, including wrought and cast iron, mild and stainless steel, bronze, brass, aluminium and Cor-ten steel.

We work with private individuals, other metalwork companies, contractors, designers, architects, local authorities and other organisations both locally and nationally, and we are always pleased to welcome new enquiries and offer our artistic and engineering skills and experience to prospective projects.
