Wisdom Energies LTD is a Somerset-based high-stakes consultancy specialising in operational resilience and critical infrastructure for safety-critical industries. Founded by Stepan Skobenyuk, we leverage 30 years of maritime, energy, and frontline experience to bridge the gap between compliance and true operational performance.

Globally, we are the strategic architects behind the Angola Centre of Excellence (ACE), an 'Infrastructure-Ready' initiative that establishes the region's premier, internationally accredited technical training hub. By localising world-class certifications—including OPITO, ECITB, and Maritime STCW operations—we provide Tier-1 energy operators with a verified, highly skilled local workforce, effectively ending the capital flight of training budgets.

Locally, we are applying this same industrial rigour to Somerset. We are currently at the feasibility stage of the 'Street Coolant Project'—a circular economy initiative to build a specialised antifreeze micro-refinery in the Street area. Our mission is to transform hazardous industrial waste into high-grade reusable coolant, enhancing supply chain resilience for Somerset’s fleets and industries while significantly reducing the region's carbon footprint.
