This course is for Middle and Senior Managers with responsibility for the personal development of their team members. Their only experience of coaching may be where they have received it themselves in the past – but they have not had to provide it as a Coach themselves yet.
Coaching is the art of facilitating the learning and development of another person. It is now an accepted management behaviour at all levels of business – gone are the days of ‘telling’ people what to do. Coaching conversations improve performance and accountability, as well empowering individuals through improved self-awareness and confidence.
This hands-on workshop will introduce you to a popular coaching models and provide plenty of opportunity to practice coaching in a safe and enjoyable setting.
