Suffice to say that 2020 has been a strange and challenging year and, whilst the experience of covid-19 has been unique to everyone, few have been untouched by it.
Whether your experience has been on the sharp end of the pandemic or a minimal one, it has left many feeling its ill-effects on both physical and mental health.
A new year brings the promise of a fresh start and new beginnings.
Whilst there are still many unknowns ahead, this should not stop us taking our own wellbeing by the reigns and enhancing the aspects of our lives that are in our control.
This workshop is for everyone wanting to get back on track with
or to enhance their wellbeing in 2021
What is wellbeing?
As this year is likely to have shown you, wellbeing seldom only constitutes the absence of ill health. Instead it conjures up an image of all aspects of daily life and comes with an expectation that these should be working in harmony. We expect to be:
• Well in our relationships and in the community
• Well in our work and in our endeavours
• Well at home
• Well in our finances
• And well in ourselves
In this workshop you will have an opportunity to assess how fulfilled you currently are against key aspects that constitute wellbeing. Put together these essentially make up a happy and successful life.
From here you will be able to set your unique goals for 2021 targeting what you can start, or stop doing, to bridge any gaps and to get the absolute most out of the year head.
The workshop(s) will be informative and engaging and you will receive lots of practical ideas and techniques - to help set achievable goals that will see you get back on track and to enhance your wellbeing this year.
