This training session is centered around preventing bullying and harassment in your workplace. This interactive session will help give delegates the confidence and skills to enable them to call out abuse and help victims to be supported.
This workshop is brought to you in conjunction with members Stand Against Violence. (SAV) Hannah Palmer, Lead Training Facilitator will address the subject of Bullying and harassment in the workplace and deliver a workshop to delegates to assist with dealing with difficult issue. Hannah is an experienced facilitator and qualified trainer who is responsible for the development and delivery of the charity's corporate training and community training. Hannah enjoys bringing people together and sharing her knowledge and skills in an inspiring and energetic way!
This session is aimed at anyone wanting to understand more about workplace bullying and harassment in order to create and maintain a positive working environment. Delegates will come away with a deeper understanding of the impact of workplace bullying and harassment and more confidence in dealing with it. You will learn, what workplace bullying is, the ability to recognise different forms of bullying, an understanding of what to do if you witness bullying both face to face or online. If you are an organisation who cares about employees and want to prevent people from suffering in silence to behaviours which can appear invisible in the workplace then this workshop is for you. We will raise awareness of impact bullying and harassment has on both individuals and organisations. This interactive session will help equip delegates with the confidence and skills to enable them to call out abuse and help victims to be supported, improving outcomes for individuals and organisations.
