Lockdown has highlighted many business improvement opportunities. Understand how you can thrive post lockdown by implementing smarter working. This virtual workshop will explore the impacts of working from home during the current Coronavirus lockdown and what lessons could be learnt from this to apply to a post Covid-19 world. Helping businesses prepare for the 'new norm' when current restrictions on movement are lifted.

The event is aimed at anyone with an interest in taking the learnings from this unprecedented period and applying it back to their business environment. This collaborative workshop will look at how people are adapting to the new ways of working under the current lockdown and is broken into 3 parts:
  • Part 1- Discussing the key themes for "Smarter Working" in the post-COVID 19 world based on the lessons learnt over the last 7 weeks during lockdown, (what has worked well and what hasn't)
  •  Part 2 -Identifying ways to improve and work smarter, (what should Stop, Start, and Continue doing in the 'new normal')
  •  Part 3 - Working out how best to transition to the proposed new ways of working
Guests will come away from the workshop with a tool kit to take back to their business to help them adapt their current business models and to promote more flexible working arrangements in the future
