This workshop will benefit SME's or commercial/sales staff and will introduce attendees to the experience of choosing the right bid opportunities, understanding the tender instructions and documentation including marking criteria, the 5-step bid management process, incorporating market research, content planning and mapping out the bid, productive bid writing techniques and the review cycle. Successful bids, proposals and tenders are your greatest allies in securing new business. Bartlett Bid Management will cover how to search and locate the right opportunities to maximise pre-qualification scoring and how to progress to the next level and achieve success. Understanding Tender, PQQ & ITT documents and their marking criteria is crucial to success along with making sure you answer each question! Simple, you might think, but writing a bid has many pitfalls and we will take an in-depth look at some example questions and show you how to avoid these.
You will come away from this workshop with a better understanding of the bid process and best practices in bid proposal and tender writing.

He has written and submitted numerous successful bids and framework proposals on behalf of clients to organisations in the aggregates handling, coal, education, environmental, water and waste-water sectors and local government agencies. He has also been instrumental in winning single and multi-event and five-year framework procurement projects in Southwest England, Southeast England, Greater London, Northeast England and Wales. He has over 20 years' experience in bid writing and tender support, business communications and business development.
