I am the founder and training consultant for Wright Way Training. I have an extensive care background of over 20 years. I have a first-class honours degree in Health and Social Care and I am a qualified teacher and registered industry trainer. I have worked across a number of care settings with a variety of service users. I have worked from a Healthcare Assistant in a large hospital through to the role of a Care Manager. I have also worked as a compliance consultant aiding care services in improving their quality assurance systems, providing training to strengthen weaker areas and assisting them to improve their CQC rating. I continue to work for the NHS, allowing me to keep my clinical skills current. I am also completing a MSC in Medical Education for Healthcare Professionals with Warwick University.
