Kate has 15 years career experience in sales, account management and project rollouts throughout the UK and Europe, including redevelopment and reuse of property for a military Corps.

Kate graduated from the University of the West of England with a first class honours degree in Property Development and Planning in 2020. She joined Vickery Holman in June 2021 after 12 months as a rural, commercial and residential graduate surveyor in Berkshire.

Kate enjoys wild swimming, road trips and taking her Border Collie Blue to the beach.
