POST: Horticulture Lead. Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week REFERENCE: HL2025. SALARY: Available at application stage & subject to experience/qualifications. 6-month probationary period & annual review. HOURS: Full time Core hours will be 37.5 per week. Flexibility of hours sometimes required, especially in the Summer months ie earlier mornings or weekends depending on need.
