As we expand, I'm looking to connect with experienced Fractional CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers and Finance Managers based in the South West who are ready to hit the ground running.

What I'm looking for:
  Proven commercial finance experience at CFO, FD, FC or FM level
  Comfortable operating across multiple clients and sectors
  Ability to add immediate value — strategic thinking combined with hands-on delivery
  Strong communicators who build trusted relationships quickly
  South West based (Somerset, Bristol, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas)

We're particularly keen to hear from those with experience in the care sector or hospitality — two areas where we're actively growing our client base right now.
