BACKGROUND
TFocus Energy began in June 2022 and has Ofgem and Energy Ombudsman accreditation.
We have secured 20 + small contracts and several partnerships with FM, heating and solar
engineers and with ESG and Carbon o set companies.
All contracts pass through Online Direct’s Energy Engine. We have started talking to Corona ,
total and YU energy about direct contracts
Our revenue commissions to date total £165,000 and we expect to generate another £200,000
by the end of 2025

ROLE CLARIFICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Our main business focus is on heavy energy users i.e. NHS trusts, manufacturing sites and
academy trusts
Your role will be to assist us to convert warm leads provided by TFocus consultants into
contracts.

? Assist with billing validations and potentially reclaims of overpaid bills and VAT and CCL
charges
? Procure energy contracts for customers in the quotable window from multiple suppliers
? Improve energy analytics forecasting and newsletters
? Facilitate cross and upselling into renewables and ESG consulting
? Help secure energy tech sales consultancy projects
? Updating opportunities in Active Campaign CRM and Online Direct Energy Engine
? Educate TFocus non-energy specialists about the energy business so that we become
more e ective as a team
? Make sure we double the business from 1st August 2025 to 31st July 2026

3 new large manufacturing sites

2 academy trusts or universities. PROFIT AND EQUITY OPTIONS

Once TFocus Energy reaches £250,000 in net revenue, a limited company will be formed.

In addition to 20-30% commission share on deals worked on, you can be eligible for Director

and shareholder status subject to be a growth driving force in the business.
