Horticultural Lead

POST: Horticulture Lead.

Full Time – 37.5 hrs per week

REFERENCE: HL2025.

SALARY: Available at application stage & subject to experience/qualifications.

6-month probationary period & annual review.

HOURS: Full time Core hours will be 37.5 per week.

Flexibility of hours sometimes required, especially in the Summer months ie earlier

mornings or weekends depending on need.

LOCATION: Onsite – Ark at Egwood, TA16 5QN.

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager, CEO & Board of Directors

ARK at Egwood is an inter-generational land-based day provision for people of all ages, needs

and abilities. Based upon 12 acres of land and woodland, ARK creates a safe, outdoor space for

people to relax, engage with others and improve their overall health and wellbeing. We grow our

own produce, vegetables and flowers, and offer a number of rural based arts and crafts, cooking,

hedge laying and other activities on site.
