About Us

Alma Freda supports small and growing businesses, often without an internal HR function or who require additional support or an alternative to a recruitment agency, with HR & Recruitment Management.

I manage the full lifecycle of HR and recruitment activity, from initial requirements through to completion, providing communication and coordination across both areas to ensure activity progresses, actions are completed and decisions are implemented.

I provide ongoing HR Management through retainers, alongside Recruitment Management on a project basis. This includes employee documentation, contracts and day to day HR support, as well as managing recruitment activity from role set up through to interview coordination.

I am not a consultancy and I do not provide legal advice. I support and manage the running of HR and recruitment, while clients retain full responsibility for decision making.

This works well for businesses who want reliable, structured support without hiring internally or using a recruitment agency.

Based in Somerset, I work with clients locally and remotely across the UK.
