About Us

Edge Coaching: Enhancing professionals' and leaders' courage and motivation to explore their edge in order better to view and take the next step. Strategy; team leadership; board engagement; career reviews; meaningful focus. Working across all sectors and levels. Coach with individuals, teams and groups. Chartered Coaching Psychologist, RAPPS Supervisor, and EMCC qualified Senior Practitioner Coach and Coach Supervisor. Extended experience working with emergency, not for profit, and humanitarian sectors. Also engaged by professional services, tech and health sectors. Diverse and internationally informed perspective developed in a number of countries, particularly UK, New Zealand, Australia - and worldwide.
