Holate are a business to business company.

We supply a Confidential Telephone Counselling Service to other companies who then pass that on as a benefit to their employees.

We have been in business 20 years now and alot has changed. Unlike other providers of Employee Assistance programs we supply our services on a rolling 30 day contract that can be cancelled at a months notice.

We only use degree qualified psychotherapists who have been working in their own right for at least three years and with no management fees, retaining fees or other ongoing costs. We simply charge when one of your employees is connected to our psychotherapists.
