The Data Confidence range is the end of a long evolution based on my long professional experience in management information, insight and analytics. Having observed that many exemplary practitioners in their field struggle when they reach a point in their careers that requires them to understand management and performance information. To answer this, a range of coaching options is available to suit professionals at every stage of their career:

Our consultancy wing offers small and medium organisations support with designing and running data and information projects such as customer/service user/stakeholder engagement activity and outcomes monitoring.
