Not to mention a laser-like focus on what difference it’ll make. As coaches, our team is comprised of some seriously curious people who love to ask questions and really listen to the answers. We balance challenge and support to help people move forward. Drawing on a deep seam of experience, our team of facilitators can also provide rich and interesting team development days, networking events and conference sessions.
Our programmes are designed and delivered with a commitment to accelerated learning principles – expect creativity, choice, and a focus on application. Choice is central to how we work. Everyone learns differently, so our delivery and content will always be dynamic and varied. We provide relevant techniques, research and ideas in order to produce learning materials that will be useful long after the training ends.

Facilitation and team development
At Green Door, we're experienced in co-ordinating activities for groups large and small; we’ll take the strain and bring boundless energy to your event. We can provide rich and interesting team development events, designed to explore group dynamics, invigorate camaraderie and embed lasting learning. In addition, we can support you in facilitating larger scale conferences and networking events, using innovative activities to break the ice and deliver key messages.
